I was just looking at Cadillac Calais this morning. I really kinda want one. If I got a 4 door, I could plumb in a bathroom and claim it as a second home...

Very true! I was thinking more along the lines of a mortgage or for tax reasons... Boats, for example, can be considered a second home if they have a dedicated galley or cookspace and a hard-plumbed (with a holding tank ) head.
But then I spent a little more time looking at prices and you can get a nice 1968 Calais 4 door for about $12,500.... Now to just secure the loan.
